Estamos de volta!

Feliz ano novo para todos!!! Já estamos em 2011 e qual a “tradição” quando um ano acaba e começa um novo? Yep, isso mesmo!! Toda a gente faz um balanço do que aconteceu no passado ano. Nós vamos fazer o mesmo.

Visto que ambas gostamos de futebol, porque não começar a falar do Mundial da África do Sul? Uma notícia sobre que nos dava a conhecer o roubo que havia ocorrido na África do Sul a uma selecção, deixou muita gente alarmada e muita mais a dizer que não havia jeito nenhum em fazer um Mundial num “país daqueles”. A razão pela qual algumas pessoas “odiaram” tanto esta ideia ainda nos ultrapassa (ou não, mas deixemos coisas ainda mais estúpidas de lado), mas achamos por bem usar estas mesmas palavras, para vermos a sociedade que ainda existe hoje em dia. O que é certo é que a competição acabou por correr excepcionalmente bem e sem grandes incidentes. Claro que, a classificação e prestação de certas selecções (como Portugal) podia ter sido bem melhor, mas que se há-de fazer?

Um outro assunto que é bastante discutido a cada 5 metros que andamos na rua tem a ver com a crise. “Ah e tal, o país está em crise e temos que apertar o cinto”. O quê, apertar mais?! Daqui a pouco andamos a passar fome. Isto é, alguns andam a passar fome. Sim, porque a crise anda aí, mas o que se vê na TV e em todo o lado, é que a venda de casas luxuosas está cada vez mais a aumentar, as lojas com artigos mais caros nem sequer notam que anda por ai a chamada crise… E nem vamos começar a falar de patrões que fecham empresas com a desculpa da crise e que não podem pagar aos trabalhadores, quando têm uma BOA casa, um BOM carro e passam umas BOAS férias. Se a crise é assim, essas pessoas “ricas” nem querem que ela acabe. Depois ouvimos o governo, todo o santo dia, a pedir aos cidadãos que apertem o cinto, quando, aqui em Portugal, vemos na TV e lemos em todos os jornais que esses senhores de fatinho e gravatinha, andam a investir o NOSSO dinheiro em obras públicas que não nos servem de nada! Para que raio precisamos de um TGV a percorrer o país, se nem temos dinheiro para o usar? E nem vamos falar das SCUTS, porque, supostamente, isto ainda ia dar trabalho a muita gente, mas o que é certo, é que não há portagens, logo, não há ninguém a trabalhar.

Um aspecto positivo que se passou este ano tem a ver com a grande mulher que se tornou Dilma Rousseff ao ser a primeira mulher na presidência do Brasil. É um grande passo para o público feminino, pois finalmente vamos ver como se passam as coisas quando não é um homem a governar. Pessoalmente, a senhora não nos diz nada, mas graças a ela vemos que as mulheres ainda têm alguma coisa para dizer a este mundo dominado por homens.

Supostamente agora devíamos escrever mais sobre coisas boas que se passaram, em geral… Mas não nos lembramos de nada. Por isso, vamos falar do que aconteceu de bom a nós. Para começar, acabamos a jornada da escola obrigatória com bastante sucesso. Como sabemos isso? Muito simples, estamos na melhor universidade do país: Universidade do Minho. Nenhuma de nós conseguiu entrar na primeira escolha de curso, mas entramos num de que não nos arrependemos. E aproveitamos o nosso querido blog, para experimentarmos o que seria se tivéssemos entrado no tal curso.

E podíamos continuar aqui a escrever mais coisas que se passaram de bom connosco, mas deixamos isso para outro post, que este já está a ficar grande. Já agora, fica o convite, envia-nos o teu próprio balanço de 2010 :D

We're back!!
Happy New Year everyone!!! We're already in 2011 so what’s the "tradition" when one year ends and there's another that begins?? Yes, that's right!! Everyone does a balance of what happened in the past year. We're gonna do the same.
Since we both love football/soccer, why don't we start talking about the South Africa World Cup?? News about a robbery of a team that occurred in that country put a lot of people concerned about the event and much more people were saying that this country wasn't safe enough to make a World Championship. The reason why some of them "hated" so freaking much this idea it's out of our know ledge (or not, but let the even more stupid things beside), but we thought that this words were appropriated to see what kind of society we are in, nowadays. What is known is that the competition since from the start it was very, very good and without any major accidents. Of course the classification and the way that some teams played (for example Portugal) could be a lot better, but what can we do?
Other subject that is very discussed every 5 metres, is the world crises: "Oh, the country is in crises and we have to tight the belt". What?! Even more?! In a few time, we will be starving. We mean, some of the population are hungry. Yes, because the crises is around, but what we see on TV and everywhere, is that the sale of the luxurious houses are raising, the expensive shops don't even notice that the so called "crises" is here... And let's not talk about the smart-asses of the bosses that close companies, with the excuse that "It's all because of the crises" and don't pay the workers, when they have a NICE house, a NICE car and they have a LOVELY vacation. If that's what crises is, that "rich" people don't want it to end! Then, we hear the government, every holy day, asking the citizens to be economic when, here in Portugal, we see on TV and read in every newspapper that that gentlemans with suit and tie, are investing OUR money in public construtions, that don't are needed for anything! Why the heck do we need a TGV that goes around the country, if we don't have money to use it? And let's not talk about the SCUTS, because, supposedly, this would give a job to a lot of people, but there are no tollbooths so, no one is working.

One positive aspect this year, has to do with the great woman that Dilma Rousseff become for being the first woman on the presidency of Brasil. It's a big step of the feminine public, because finally we're gonna see how things roll when there's not a man governing. Personally, the lady don't say nothing to us, but thanks to her we see that women still have something to say in this world, dominated by men.
Supposedly, we would talk about more good things that happened in general, this year... But we can't remember anything else. So, we're gonna talk about what happened to us. To begin, we ended high school with success. How we know that? Simple, we got into the best university of the country: Minho University. None of us got in the degree that we wanted the most, but we are in other and we don't regret a bit. And we use our dear blog, to experiment what would be if we got in the degree that we wanted.
We could keep talking about what happened good with us in the past year, but we'll let it to another post, this is getting big. By the way, here's the invitation, send us your own balance of 2010. :D
